No this is not the scenerie of "Once upon a time in the west". The rope is a electricity cable. The cable is missing a bulb. This was on the beautiful island Palawan in the Philippines. The place is Port Barton. Palawan island has many wonderful places like El Nido, Honda bay, Tabon Caves, St Pauls park,Many beautiful islands, Underground river etc.
