Enroute to Santa Cruz (if i remember right) we came upon this scene.

Its Party time during this time of year, and Many fiesta's and dance parties go on around the island. Drink driving happens, and this is a good example of it all going wrong. A mob of officials in their white Tamaraw FX (not sure who, but it was an 'official' car) rammed into this red Tricyle (you can just see the crushed white bonnet of the FX in the shot). The people in the Tricycle didn't stand a change, all instantly killed, and one gruesomely decapitated. They found the head over 50 meters away in the rice fields. I have some full shots of the scene, but it is too graphic (for me at least). 7 People died in this incident last i heard. Their is tsimis (rumour/gossip) around the incident and how it happened, some say the Tricycle did a u-turn (plus most do not have lights) and the FX simply didn't have space/time whilst overtaking and ran straight into it. Some say their was foul play and it was the FX drivers fault, he may even be drunk, who knows. No one does. And most likely no one will see any justice for the 7 lives lost.
