[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just a couple of kids who were keeping their eyes on me while I wandered around Calamba. Both were a little shy to start, but in the end both seemed to enjoy being a subject in a photo.

ISO 400, 70mm focal length, handheld, normal post processing very slight crop on the left.

Très réussie une nouvelle fois. j'aime bien les deux différentes attitudes des enfants face à l'objectif. La petite fille semble un peu timide, alors que le garçon commence à jouer avec vous. J'aime bien quand les sujets communiquent avec le photographe.

They still look shy to me, maybe just playing with the camera though. (you know my brain is racing to come up with some clever remark :o) Allright maybe the BG is a bit too dark, because it makes the boys hair part fade (best I could do, so much for being clever ). I still like this as much as most your other shots and the way theu look natural, well, still a mystery to me. The diagonal wodden rail, lights up the whole image, along with their smiles.

Excellent Mannylike portrait.

nice shot Darren. the boy's hair is a bit mixed with the dark background, maybe using a flash could have improved this but then with portraits its difficult to get good results with flash.

they have nice attitudes and this makes for a nice shot... nice crop and compo... nothing to nitpick about... nice shot!

very nice darren... the kid on the right has much joy in his eyes...

I like the little one hiding his face - very cute!

nice picture Darren, nicely composed, interesting expressions, good technically, nice work.
and come to India, you will love it. really, if you have time come and join me...

Just the kind of native shots I would get trekking in the rural areas of North Borneo/Sabah. Shy at first but still enjoying the attention.
