In the philippines, when big ferries arrive in the harbour, there are nummerous small padle boats with mostley jong people. They are begging the passengers to trow coins so the jong people can dive these up. Thats also a way to become some money in the poorer parts of the Philippines. Its forbidden and the captains hate these coindivers coz they cannot see them well.
