The light is nice - sort of both diffused and concentrated, silhouetting the tree and embankment and reflecting enough to draw out details in the agitated water.
I think the horizon could be leveled a bit.
It is a nice photograph Tina. You know it is tilted and you know it can be improved, then why do you want us to do the work for you? LOL! The resolution is very low that it is hard to do more work on it. I still did the WS.

This is a lyrical BW composition, Tina. Very nice cropping. I would suggest more dodging o fthe white structure on the left to create a pronounced focal point. Great light you have captured.
nice blck and white, with an interesting moood to it. I like the movement of the waves and the tree almost falling in the water. the horizon is leaning to the right though.
