The Quezon Memorial Circle is a national park and shrine located in Quezon City, former capital of the Philippines (1948–1976). The park is an ellipse bounded by the Elliptical Road. At its center is a mausoleum containing the remains of Manuel L. Quezon, the second President of the Philippines, and his wife, First Lady Aurora Quezon.
The park is a popular place for the masses as it is centrally located in the city and very accessible, whether you bring your car or use public transport.
I decided to shoot at night since rehabilitation is currently being done and to capture the lights beamed at the pylon which changes color every now and then.

Really nicely captured. The exposure you have used is perfect - I particularly like the people in the photo provides great perspective on size.
