Photographer’s Note
Manila's penchant for European architecture dates back to the days when the city was colonized by Spain three centuries ago. In this photo of Eastwood Center in Libis, Quezon City, the clock tower is surrounded by predominantly Euro-inspired restaurants.
It is hard to capture an image of this place with the chairs and tables nearly empty. At night, it's standing room only as Eastwood hosts some of the biggest MNCs in the country, including IBM. It is also known as Eastwood Cybercity.
