Photographer’s Note
ihaw (n.) - grill
Many exotic foods are found in the Philippines. The photo involves two exotic foods namely isaw and tenga which are also considered as street foods. Isaw is chicken intestine while tenga is pig's ears.

Bonjour Andréa
Welcome in TE with this great cultural food subject, in the TOS of TE which is to learn about the world by the photography. This food is certainly not usual in Europe... LOL... others cultures, others ways to eat...

Hi Andrea,
I think I'll pass on the Isaw but I'll have tenga with a very cold San Miguel beer. Good job.

Dear Andrea
Your picture attracted me because in other parts of South East Asia there are similar snacks available. The composition is fine, but I feel that the picture is a bit too reddish. Therefore I have taken the liberty to post a WS. I hope you will like it. Otherwise sharpness and DOF are perfect. Well done
Best regards
Urs
