Lovely pastel colors. I really like the fact that you included the light on the right...it works as a nice "anchor" for the whole image. But you will need to fix the tilt...it takes just a few moments in PhotoShop. Apart from this quite an interesting cityscape shot...looks more like Southern California than Manila.
