[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Tha Aliwan Festival is held annually around May on Roxas Boulevard. This is where you can see festivals from all over the Philippines gather in Manila. Participants from more than 25 provinces joined this year. All for fun. I enjoyed this event and I am looking forward to next year :)
