founded by augustinian missionaries on 1593. one of the older churches in the philippines. we were with a tour and were here around noon. not a good time to take photo. sky is not nice

benedict, i really like this photo... capturing a great deal of the ground gives it a very deserving grand perspective. i like the soft light and yet vivid colors :) TFS!

what a gem of building and place that you got here and are showing us. I never have seen any shots of this place and the antiquity is quite visible. Impressive to see this huge building dating back to 1593. I only can guess what it meant to those missionaries to build such a coloss during the early colonization. The composition with the trail leading to church, with people walking to it and the flowers framing it is really nice. I miss a good sharpness here.
