While island-hopping around the 100 Islands in Alaminos Pangasinan, we stopped by an island called "Children's Island".
When we were docking onto the shore, a local kid who was with the boatmen manning our outriggered boat jumped into the water and caught the rope tossed to him by the boatman. He soon tied the end of the rope to the rocks so that the boat would not float away while we go around the island.
I was fortunate to be one of the first to hop off the boat, I was able to catch a shot of the boy on "Children's Island". I have another shot of him, while he was sitting in front of the boat while it cruised over the ocean, which I can post later.
Shot using colored ASA 400 film, printed to 4R and later scanned and gray-scaled. |
