Photographer’s Note
On a nightly basis you would see this at Cebu Business Park. Formerly a residential place 'til the Ayalas/Cebu Holdings Inc. came in in the early 90's and refashioned this into a commercial and business district.

This is a really great photo in and of itself, with the colors and exposure well-executed. Lots going on worth looking at. However, I think you could improve it by fixing the noticeable tilt in photoshop. Good photographer's note.
