Photographer’s Note
That morning it was 75 degrees F. with a nice breeze (temps got to 85 F. by 9:30am later), but this little boy was cold (70-75F. IS "cold" to locals in this part of the world), which tells me he probably stayed out all night, or most of the night with the other street kids; they look after each other & try to keep themselves safe.
This one of the kids we bought some baluut for, discribed in the late night photo of the little girl with the soft orange background in this Gallery.
