[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We were on our way to go dolphin watching near Pamilacan Island just south of Bohol when I took this photo. We were still preparing our Banka (similar to the one you see but smaller) to sail from Alona Beach when sun started to rise and give this effect on the higher clouds while it is still dark at sea level.

We saw many dolphins but unfortunately did not get any good photo's of them as they are way too quick. Near Pamilacan Island is a place where the dolphins seem to gather every morning around 6:30am till 7:30am. At that moment you will see many tourist boats cruising around there as the dolphins sometimes get pretty close to the boats.
You can probably arrange these trips beforehand from home via internet but it will also work from your hotel. If you know some Filipinos with local conections it might be even easier.

Hello Harko! A very colorful sunrise shot you captured here! I love the way you showed more of the sky. I hope to visit Bohol soon, too! I've heard and seen a lot of beautiful scenes there. rgds.

du har fångat de mycket vackra molnformationerna bra och färtonerna i himlen är fantastiska.
det är nästan så att man kan höra ljudet frånde gamla dieselmotorerna i fiskeflottan där ute.

Hallo Harko,

Vele van die oude schilderijen hebben deze kleur, en vindt ik altijd zeer fijn om naar te kijken.
De wolken structure boven de rivier aan de hemel zijn gewoon fantastisch om naar te kijken.
Ook uw belichting is buitengewoon mooi.
