Photographer’s Note

Bongo Island is the lone island in Illana Bay within the Moro Gulf in the north coast of Cotabato City. a small ferry carry islanders to and from Cotabato traversing the Pulangi River exiting in the delta towards the gulf.

Iranons are the people who live in the island with a dialect linguistically akin to Maranao and Maguindanao. The main produce is copra and with fish and other marine products.

hi czaldy,
this is it, right size upload, Bai! golden colors of yellow and orange giving me in particular the subtle memories of warm light i am missing from home in these cold winter nights here. an energetic and intimate scene. the 'boat people'are well placed sa lower right corner of your compo.

I was about to comment on your latest post, then I saw this photo a few frames below. This photo stands out from the sorrounding frames. It is like a fine art painting, very natural colors and good composition. It has a good tonal values that even if you convert this to black and white not much adjustment is necessary.
