[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken in Matungao, Lanao del Norte, in the island down south of Manila called Mindanao. Despite the trepidation that people feel upon hearing the word Mindanao, and the dreadful picture it paints in people's minds (both to locals and non-locals alike - which is sad.) the land is actually very rich with natural beauty and teeming with life.

I've tried capturing the very ordinary scene of a day in a life of a farmer, in a coconut plantation, trying to plant corn in between. hehe. It was a random shot which I thought turned out better than I expected. I just tweaked in a little color on the truck to experiment. Hope it worked!

i went to Hainan Iland,and find i am so fond of the beautiful tropic landscape,but i've never seen so many cocos~and the truck was strange there,

Hi Mayumi
Good first posting on TE. You made a creative post work that fits this compo quite well. Keeping the colours on the car function well.
The photo size could have been larger (max width=800), and I think that having the top of the trees in full could also have been ok.
Hope you enjoy TE in time to come :-)

what surprise me is the truck, is that pink? well, i really felt that it was moving, nice work!

The almost square framing gives the impression of a very wide open space. A farm that is disconnected from the world and arouses the feeling of security and freeness.
