this kid was playing with his makeshift skimboard (the board just made out of plywood and half the size of the original skimboard) nevertheless he's skimming and playing around like hew owns the beach :)

This is a fine composition, elegant simplicity!
The few elements let the viewer focus on the boy and his joy by playing in the water as the surf from the South China Sea rolls in...
