Photographer’s Note
Tappiya Falls is located in Batad, Banaue, Ifugao. From Batad village, it can be reached by trekking ~1-1.5 hrs. The trail going to the falls is quite hard and rugged, sometimes landslides will cover the trail. Once reaching the falls though, one is treated with a magnificent view and a very unspoiled natural beauty. Used an ND8 filter here to slow down the shutter speed.

Hi Alford,
very well done with this ultra long daylight exposure. The silky effect is coming to full bloom.
Compliments, Chris

Beautiful shot, Alford. Well composed and good technique. I was going to take a workshop for shooting waterfalls but money is short and so is my time, so did not do it. You really have improved tremendously since you first came to TE. My time is very limited on TE and my other sites these days due to my busy family life but I still get out occasionally when I can and take photos.Great shot once again. You will be selling photos to tourism companies in no time, and making a living as a photographer I have no doubt. Well done.
