Here's an inspiring place to learn - the building here is a school, set in a valley of rice terraces in Northern Philippines. The sun is peeking through the mottled clouds, lighting up the little village which is located in the Cordilera mountains.

Hello David,
I like so much the sky you captured and the deepness of the mountains loosing in horizon, my only observation might be about the first plane hut, the composition would improve if you would have included complete.

The vertical composition is fantastic here, and the division of sky, earth is of the right proportion..
The school buildings included is a plus point.

Hello David, fantastic shot, i love how you managed to fit it all in, the sky, the mountains, i especially like the formation of these beautiful mountains, and how you captured that.

I love the earthy colours and feeling :) .

It reminds me of this small school in marinduque, sorrounded by ricefields and large mountains, amazingly green, like it was straight out of a dream.

Yo David!

Indeed you put yourself in good places for great perspectives! I really like the open angle of the composition and the colours a very nice. Although the sky though looks a little bit over exposed in the clouds and gives it a unatural appeal, perhaps you could try and soften the sky?

Hi David,
For a nature lover like me, this shot is simply amazing. I enjoyed the sky, the lush green terraces and the houses perched between the slopes.

hi dave...
marvelous foreground with charming greenery of paddy fields.... yellowish green always gives a pleasure to my eyes... sky is not giving a good support to this foreground...
