Photographer’s Note
It was a cold afternoon on October 17, 2008 when I was on my way to the office and thought of taking a photograph of the new site. The New Tuguegarao City Hall was a project started by the former mayor, the Honorable Randolph Sera Ting. Last December 18, 2008, the Vice-President of the Philippines, His Excellency Noli de Castro inaugurated the New Site. According to the mayor, the Honorable Delfin Telan Ting, the city hall shall be completed by the second quarter of 2009. It is projected that the total cost of the project would amount to 290 Million Pesos (Philippine Peso).
