[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sunset view at Batan Island, Batanes. I waited for a strong wave to go high over the rocks, and for the water to drop down to create the waterfall effect. A wave cooperated and came just before the sun fully set. If not for the waterfall effect, I think this would be just another ordinary sunset shot. Hope you like it.

Hi Alford,

I was looking for some pictures of Batanes, and saw this excellent image! The waterfall effect, and also the circle (for lack of a better word) of water in the foreground, both add interest to the photo.

I tried a workshop to give a bit more color to the sky, and slightly lightened some parts of the foreground. Hope you don't mind.
