[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken in Sabtang island, Batanes. Batanes is known for its rugged landscapes and strong waves, and this photo is a proof. Taken late afternoon, I had to shield the camera from the saltwater spray for this shot. Timing was also a factor, as I had to wait for the waves to hit the breakwater before pressing the shutter. I like the effect of the waves in slow shutter. It's more like a clouds to me. Too bad the sky is not as blue as i imagine but still a good shot.

i thought of (litle) niagara falls right away, alford.
beautifully composed with colors blue and white intermingling harmoniously, and the exposure choice did wonders!

The colour palette is what catches my eyes here, with the amazing tones of blue!
A well balanced composition, where the lihghthouse stands out well, and I wonder if it still is operational in a time where lighthouses are closed down everywhere...
