| Batanes has 3 inhabited islands such as: Sabtang, Batan and Itbayat. The latter is the largest island, shaped like a giant bowl and is surrounded by massive boulders and cliffs rising from 20-70 feet above sea level with no shorelines. It has a dirt airstrip for light aircraft. This shot was taken from the sole port of Batanes located in Itbayat island. |
