60-70kph wind on top of the hill while exposing this image for an 80 seconds exposure front lighted taken before the sun hits the horizon on my back at Vayang Rolling Hills, Basco, Batanes and Mt. Iraya in the background. Batanes, located at the northernmost part of the Philippines, and 100km south of Taiwan, It is called the home of the winds where the Pacific Ocean merges with the South China Sea.
Taken with a Canon 5Dmk2 and 17-40mm, Lee 0.9 and 0.6 NDgrad SE and Hoya ND8
