Mayon Volcano
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
On a clear-weathered morning, one is afforded an awesome view of the majestic Mayon Volcano. Took this photo during final approach of my flight to Legazpi City. When you travel to Legazpi by plane, be sure to sit on the left hand side of the aircraft if you want this kind of view.

Hello Jon,
I really enjoy this beautiful landscape you've captured. First I thought the white fumes were clouds until I looked closer to see that it was a volcano! Great choice of placing the volcano in the center to emphasize it's grandeur. Great photo in every way.
Regards,
Erdem
Hi Jon,
Nicely captured ... the way you centered the volcano compliments the 'perfect cone' attribute of this volcano. Well composed and I like the smoke to add some dynamism to the scene. Well done! tfs
Cheers,
Renier
Hi Jon
Impressive POV of this volcano. Quite sharp for a plane photo. Too bad that even using CS2 you did not remove some dust from the photo. I can count 5 in the sky alone.

Hello Jon Albert,
Don't think I have seen Mt Mayon photographed from an aircraft before, at least not from this low altitude!
A clean composition with an impressive subject!
I made a quick workshop with a few minor adjustments, have a look!
