Halo-halo, literally a mixture, is composed of several fruits, sweetened beans, corn, yam, or a combination of all with ice shavings and milk and sometimes topped with grated cheese.
This one from DJC snack house in Tiwi, is by far the most delicious one I've had. |

when i had my vacation in Albay last July my cousin brought me to this place and had to sample there delicous halo-halo...i think the ice is what makes it unique in taste!...nice shot there!
