this was a relief camp set up after the unfortunate earthquake in 2005 in Pakistani-administered Kashmir to hold some 3.000 survivors. I worked on behalf of Turkish Red Crescent and was responsible from food and hygine supplies of the camp.
After I completed my mission and before returning to my country, these so nice but rather unlucky people I've ever known, organized a farewell party for me. So this is a picture from that occasion, still vivid in my memory. |

Hi Kurtul,
Very nice pic. Seems that everybody is looking at the photographer. Therefore, it could be nice to know a little more about the context of the pic - where are we, and what is the occassion.
Still, its a nice pic as it is.
Thanks for showing these faces of Pakistan.
Henrik

Hi Kurtul
Everyone is looking at you and this has made an impressive composition. They must have really liked you and appreciated your assistance.
Thanks for sharing this great photo,

Hi!
Wow, faces, faces and only faces :-)...100 faces with 100 different expressions, but same story.Nice picture.
I wish you had not included ground and people at back.It would give me sense of infinity (of faces), but still very nice picture.(Best of luck for future and welcome in the world of TE)
