Nice picture but a little rectification is needed here: the man in question is not an ethnic Baloch but a Pashtoon and in this case most likely from Kandahar region (Afghanistan). There are thousands of Afghan refugees who live in Quetta and this guy may be one of them. He's got typical Pashtoon facial features and his dress only re-enforces his pashtoon ethnicity - the Taliban fella!
