Photographer’s Note

I took this shot when I went on vacation in my home town in 2003. When I was taking this picture. The girl was very nervious. She ccouldn't decied either to smile or cry. After this shot when I went close to her. She cried and I got only this shot.

I took this shot with ISO 400 film, which is 2 stop more light sensitve than ISO 100, because of that the picture will come grainy. Therefore, you will see it kind of unfocused.

What a cute face she has! But it is a little out of focus and noisy. contrast of color of her dress against background color is nice. Tfs.
