Nice shot, the movement of the water is caught just right. The white sign at the top is a little distracting and the picture seems to lean to the right slightly. Where is this exactly? A note would have been helpful.

It is a nice long exposure shot but without NOTE hence I'm trying to locate the spot as Karachi much change since I been there 1970~1976, TFS.
