Great photo, I love the way parts of the chair are cropped off and the way the photograph is taken against a grainy and harsh bacground!

I am not sure why you cut the upper side of the old chair off. But I guess you got an interesting graphism with its shapes too. I liked your option for B&W and the way you put the chair, out of the center.
