Hej Gert,
A lott of fine colours here and the food looks really interesting. It probably tastes OK but what is it? Looks like some kind of tomato sauce to the right and I actually get quite hungry when I see this. Maybe because I haven´t had breakfast yet...

wow! Such a picturesque photo! Rich colours, lots of sunshine (and most probably the heat)!
That's the food for my birthday? LOL I wonder if I would try that food from the seller... although I've just got up and feel hungry at the moment :)
Very good composition, excellent POV (with the seller's hands visible very well) and DOF.
Very good quality scan. What I also like about this shot is the radio standing behind the seller :)

Interesting agin these olddies Gert. Incredible result of the colours in this photo of 1973 - and that is after the scanner too. Well made daily life shot of this not too inviting outdoor offer...

I bet Karachi was a little bit friendlier at that time, well my experience is that if you don't wanna get sick eat on the streets.
It looks rather hot though.
but a very good street photography.

I would eat at that 'thela' as they call it...they say mind over matter...if you dont believe germs wont hurt you, they wont.

Its a very good composition. I live the colors and the contrast, a hallmark of slides.

nice picture, i think it must be beef, i like the radio behind the old man, the match box next to the radio old mans moustache and the boys expressions, although i am a novice but i like the details in the picture. thanx for sharing

Another of your endless supply of street scenes. Part of the photo is overexposed and is therefore not as perfect as so many of your old photos - but who cares it is 36 years old and I am sure it brings back great memories of an exciting journey. Tfs, Marlene
