Photographer’s Note
A window of a shrine of Hazrat Baha-ud-din Zakariya.
You must be surprised why there are so many cloth knots on the window. Many peoples come to these shrines and pray to God for their wishes. And promise that they will come back again if their wish will be fulfilled. And they tie a knot just to keep their promise that when ever they will come back they will untie this knots. I am just surprised how they kept remember which knot is theirs.
In some shires at Sindh I have observed that people attach a lock to window instead of cloth knot.
