Photographer’s Note
Two steps away from a busy Bohar Gate at Multan and you enter a shrine of Yusuf Gardezi, completed with striking blue tile work that is so famous of Multan and several hundred years old. Once again I wanted to put people in the picture to capture the atmosphere... note also pigeons on the roof.

Lovely shot of the penguins :-)....I like the pigeons on top of the "almost iznik" tiles as well.....there is such delicacy in the ancient filigree work it is amazing....staying in pakistan or coming to India as well???

Good shot. Yes you are right about including the women in the composition. The detail on the building looks amazing, so delicate.

Very good picture. Those pigeons look as if they have been made to sit like that.

Nice composition. You sure did capture the atmosphere well. Its sad to see new construction being done in these shrines in a ruthlessly ignorant way, which destroys all the architectural beauty of the old buildings (look at the brick wall in the lower right corner). Multan has been my hometown for the first 27 years of my 28 years long life :-)

Hi Olga,
I like your composition with those veiled women with the great background of colourful Multan mosque.
It wasn't impossible to move on the left to avoid the lamp and the brick wall?
A smile
Luca
