The most famous mosque of Pakistan and a fine example of Mughal architecture. Built in 1672-74 as an extension to the Lahore Fort.
It is impressive from outside (see other TE pics) but is just as beautiful inside!
Notes on POV. Fine pictures can be produced exploiting the perfect symmetry of the Mughal architecture... but I picked this one with a POV slightly to the side... just a matter of taste!

Very fine detail caught in the interior here, and the burnt out doorway, with the person walking gives it a mystical air. I think it would be worth levelling up the edges though, still nice work.

Captures the atmosphere beautifully. So much detail but also a strong image with the person walking out into the brilliant light!

nice one olga
i like the person's silhouette that has been captured. i think without the silhouette the photograph would have still been nice, though a little bland
take care :)

I didn't hear some time from you so I jumped into gallery once again to pick this one as outstanding of colors sharpness and composition but most for the nice atmosphere you evocated here. I like this photo Olga.
