This is a very interesting shot Aftab - I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before. You captured the action well - I particularly like the expression on the face of the guy being pulled - but I do think the shot would have worked better if you could have excluded that distracting white van in the background, maybe by taking the shot a second or so earlier.
Leaving a bit more space in front of the animals than behind would also have worked well, giving them space to move into. At the moment they're a bit crammed into the edge of the frame.
Interesting shot though - it's certainly showed me something new.
