Photographer’s Note
Kwanum-sa is a Buddhist temple. Founded in A.D. 970 by Tanmun, a revered monk of Koryo-dynasty, it stands on the slopes of Cheonma mountain in Pakyon-ri, Kaesong-si, North Korea. Besides Daewungjeon(the main sanctuary of a temple), The temple has many historic treasures including a seven storied stone pagoda and a Buddhist nunnery.
This picture was taken when I was doing the Kaesung tour last year, a few months after the tour was discontinued by North Korea. Those two guys who are showing their back are North Korean guides, but they were quite friendly to South Koreans. It surprised me a lot that they treated us with respect.

안녕하세요.
북한의 절과 남한의 절이 다르지 않네요.
낮선곳에서의 추억을 남기려는 분들과
그일상을 바라보는 모습이 묘하네요.
사진 잘 감상했습니다.

Hello Eungbong,
These Kwanum-sa Buddhist temple makes these picture very attractive.
Two shilouetes in dark, care for a nice contrast against the light lovely colour in background.
Very well composition and good presentation too. TFS.
