[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At the end of our trek from Everest valley to rolwaling valley, we passed through some villages where I could take some portrait giving some polaroid at the end.
Photo taken with a 50/1.4 at f/2 (or around) and scanned from a Velvia slide.


Photo prise vers la fin de notre trek qui nous a conduit des vallees de l Everest a la vallee du Rolwaling. En traversant quelques villages, j ai pu prendre quelques portrait en offrant quelques photos polaroid en echange.
Photo scannée a partir d une diapo Velvia et prise avec un 50/1.4 (reglage autour de f/2 au moment de la prise de vue: fallait bien essayer d accrocher une vitesse correcte avec ces films de 50iso...).

Beau portrait avec une finesse des détails remarquable malgré le scan. Le soleil de haute montagne n'est pas bon pour la peau mais cela la rend photogénique.

Hello Yves,
Beautiful portrait, you have succeeded to capture the detail of her face though using the film of iso 50. The third eye bottom left looking at you gives me a feel of humorous.
It's very good to give their photos impromptu there, they are very pleased. I used a mobile printer to present photos of my models in my trek in India.
