He does look a bit sad about his meal!
You have captured some fantastic detail in the fur and a nice pose.
For me the bread is a bit too bright and I find my ere drawn to it all the time.
Nice shot though.

That was my first thought as well -- you probably did an auto-contrast or auto-levels and ended up with too-white bread. One way I deal with this situation is to paint a splash of white (or black depending on the situation) in the area that will be discarded when I crop. Then I run auto-levels which will calculate levels more effectively taking the splash of white to be the brightest thing in the image. Then I may adjust further manually. A contrast mask can also help with this situation. Otherwise I really like the composition, pose, clarity & DOF.

Bob,
I clicked this because I had a really interesting time getting close to Monkeys in Bundi and although I took loads of photos and could take my time over it, I found it hard to get a really nice composition, orr 'pose' from thre monkey. You have done a pretty good job here, and I like the empty space to the left of the Monkey - space he is looking into.
Others have already commented about the bread - I think the rest of image os overall too dark as well. I have posted a version to workshop - see what you think
