Photographer’s Note
Our first stop on the Annapurna circuit was Bahundanda, a pretty village set amongst the emerald green terraced fields in the foothills of the Annapurna Himalaya. This was taken in the early morning just after the moonsoon and everywhere flowers were blooming, with everything lush and green.

a little trouble with DOF here. leave out the flowers next time. The shot brings back a nice memory for me.

hello Richard.
belle ambiance ici. le flou sur les fleurs ne me gene pas, au contraire. l'attention se concentre sur ces habitations.
belle prise.

Nice shot of the rooftops and I like the effect of the smoke on the left. I think the flowers might have worked if they were lower in the frame and less intrusive. As it is they obstruct some of the detail of the village.

Wonderful mood!
That bunch of houses hanging on the mountainside seems so quiet.
The use of the blue and orange (complementary colors) is great.
