this is like one of those National Geographic shots :) the background looks especially beautiful.

An impressive scene. I like the strong composition, which is helped by the curves in both the wall and the path.

Spectacular scenery, as Martin says the composition with curves works very well. What I really like is the cut off slopes in the background, giving an impression of towering mountains behind the town.

I also like how the light is broken up by the mountains, good exposure in what looks like tricky conditions. I think, however, that you could make the image stronger by removing the bottom of the image to just below where the wall starts, this helps to almost bring the viewer lower down to town height, emphasising even more the towering mountains in the background.
