[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I passed this lady as I treked, carrying her heavy load of corn. Women carry huge baskets, plant, and harvest crops same as the men. Pop corn, or placing the entire cob straight into the fire (pretty chewy), are Nepali favorites. At harvest, corn is hung on the cob from strings in every household to dry, for future popcorn. Farmers have large wooden frames they also hang corn on.
