Photographer's Note
Pokhara is the third largest city in Nepal. Compared to the busy and dusty Kathmandu, it is beautiful and calm, and is the starting point for most of the treks in the Annapurna area.
This view is takenduring sunrise from the Raniban Retreat, a secluded hill top hotel perched 420m above Phewa Tal lake and the town of Pokhara. It offers some of the best views, especially during sunrise, overlooking the Phewa Tal lake and the World Peace Stupa.

Hello May,
nice to see your new photo on TE!
I like your composition.Maybe itīs not the best photo when it comes to its sharpness(the best you could do without tripod),but I think itīs not as important as the mood of this scene you wanted to capture(and this you did perfectly).The rising sun with its beautiful,warm colors and mist covering the valleys and towns interplay really well together to create so charming atmosphere.
