Hello Geof,
A very nice composition of contrasts. Firstly between the building and the mountains in the background, secondly between light and shadow areas on the side of the building, the whole nicely framed by the overhanging branches. Very nice colours and textures.

I was in Nepal in March 2004. I have to say I was a little disappointed in Kathmandu but the rest of the country that we saw was marvellous even though we didn't make it into the real mountains. Your pictures therefore have been very interesting to see. Some very fine compositions amongst them including this one.

Excellent compo, nice colours, very interesting light. Those shadows and the wall texture are great.
