I really like faraway viewpoints of big citys, they make great subjects for photos. Your predawn shot is very interesting, the small points of artificial lighting make a nice counterpoint to the blue shading.
However, I think your picture would have gained if youŽd waited a bit for the fog to lift up enough to show the mountains properly. The camera has also distorted the view at the sides of the frame, which is normal with this sort of shots but can be corrected (Try editing in PS).
