beautiful shot! Well observed, smashing expression of the Nepalese woman. B/W is the definite choice for portraits like this.
One 'critique' though: it is not sharp... that's too bad, 'cause the shot itself is really great. (I don't know what software you're using, but you could try the unsharp mask in Photoshop for instance.)

I am more a fan of the candid style of your previous shot rather than portraiture, but I do appreciate a shot with character, a portrait of character like this. She is a worthy subject with her lines and piercing eyes. Well done.
