Picture taken during the festival of Bisket Jatra (Nepali New Year) at Dattaraja Square in the medieval town of Bhaktapur, one of the World's Heritage Sites in the Valley of Kathmandu. The man at the picture is selling "paan" a classical thing to chew in India and Nepal.
