Photographer's Note

A prayer wheel (mani korlo in Tibetan) is a religious object used by the Tibetans practising the Buddhism. The traditional prayer wheel is made by a cylinder filled with mantras and being able to turn around an axis. According to the faiths associated with this object, to move it has the same spiritual value as to recite the prayer of the mantra, the prayer being supposed to spread so in the airs as if it was pronounced
