This is another picture of Shivaratri from Pashupatinath.
Maha Shivaratri 'The Great Night of Lord Shiva'. It is celebrated on the 6th night of the dark Phalgun (Feb or March) every year. Mahashivaratri marks the night when Lord Shiva performed the 'Tandava'. It is also believed that on this day Lord Shiva was married to Parvati Ma. This is taken at Pashupatinath, a world heritage site and also one of the most important temple for Hindus. These Sadoos come from all over the world to worship on this day at Pashupatinath. They smoke Hashish and also sell them to the smokers. Today, it is almost legal to smoke on this day as Lord Shiva as it is said that the Lord himself also smokes cannabis. You can see hundreds of Sadoos on this day and lots of photographers visit to take pictures.

very captivating portrait - my congratulations. Tight framing work very well in here and the focus on the hand and face of the man has been set up properly. The smoke around his face adds some mystery to the image.
Very good contrast and sharpness.
Thanks for sharing

It is a beautiful composition. Your shot is balanced.
Digital noise is very well controlled. There is a lot of detail and clarity in your picture.
A small pictorial surreal side ... strange !
Good start to the weekend.

Hello Ravin. A strong black and white photo with a mythical appearance. Very successful composition. Only the really important thing is in focus. Overall a masterful shot. Compliment.
